LRM, Incorporated was built on a foundation of experience, integrity, and a deep commitment to family and community. Our journey began in the fast-paced world of production event services in San Francisco, where I was born and raised. As the city evolved and gentrification changed the landscape, we made the move to Santa Rosa, CA, recognizing an opportunity to bring structure and organization to Sonoma County’s growing industries.

While establishing production services in the area, we were approached by a cannabis business owner struggling with financial management—keeping records in a simple spiral notebook with no accounting background. Seeing this gap, we shifted my focus to helping small business owners navigate payroll, compliance, and financial management, ensuring they had the tools to build sustainable and successful businesses.

At LRM, Incorporated, our mission is deeply rooted in family, compassion, and community empowerment. What started as a way to ensure stability for my loved ones has grown into a business dedicated to helping others build and sustain their own success. We believe that starting a business isn’t the hard part—it’s sustaining it. Through firsthand experience, we’ve learned that success comes from knowledge, resilience, and the right support system. We’ve made mistakes, learned valuable lessons, and now, we want to pass that knowledge on to small business owners so they can navigate challenges, stay compliant, and grow with confidence.
